On Saturday, May 30, 2026, a package of agreements was signed with Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) at the headquarters of the Armament Agency of the Ministry of National Defence in Warsaw, related to the short-range air and missile defense program codenamed Narew and the medium-range air and missile defense program codenamed Wisła.

Under the agreement between the State Treasury – Armament Agency and the PGZ-Narew Consortium, the following were contracted, with deliveries by 2035:
- transport-loader vehicles, STZ;
- special chassis;
- logistics packages;
- camouflage and decoy elements;
- KD WOPL/IBCS command cabins;
- Mobile Communication Nodes, MCC.
Under the agreement between the State Treasury – Armament Agency and the PGZ-Wisła Consortium, the following were contracted, with deliveries by 2030:
- several dozen missile transport vehicles from WZU;
- several hundred special chassis from Jelcz;
- several dozen E-OPS, C-OPS, and F-OPS command cabins, cable vehicles, and laboratory sets from the consortium of WZE, WZU, and WZŁ-1;
- camouflage.
Polish Armaments Group was represented by President of the Management Board Adam Leszkiewicz. The signatories also included PGZ Group companies: Wojskowe Zakłady Uzbrojenia (WZU), Jelcz, Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne (WZE), and Wojskowe Zakłady Łączności No. 1. (WZŁ-1).
“This is the last day of this part of the Poland SAFE program. However, nothing ends today; much is beginning. I would like to thank all employees and negotiating teams. We are not celebrating. We are getting down to hard work. There is much to be done. We will do everything to deliver on all commitments,” said Adam Leszkiewicz, President of the PGZ Management Board.
The following programs will also be financed: Force Protection unmanned aerial system sets with FlyEye and X-Fronter from WB Group, solutions increasing the protection of troops and infrastructure, and MikroSAR, satellite observation and reconnaissance technologies.
An agreement was signed with Badawczo-Produkcyjne Aviomet for the delivery of seven BAR radiotheodolite atmospheric sounding systems, RSSA BAR. The total value of the agreement is approximately 73.3 million PLN net, and deliveries are scheduled for 2026–2028.
The BAR radiotheodolite atmospheric sounding system, RSSA BAR, is designed to provide tactical formations, units, and subunits of missile forces, tube and rocket artillery, and mortars with the necessary range of information on meteorological conditions for launches and firing. The computer technology used enables the immediate processing and preparation of measurement data, the preparation of information for meteorological support of artillery operations in a form compliant with fire control system requirements, and the transmission of results to users through the communication systems in use.
An agreement was signed with Teldat for the delivery of an ICT system, an integrator of reconnaissance systems with an Imagery Intelligence Center. The total value of the agreement is approximately 79 million PLN net, including approximately 51 million PLN from European Union SAFE funds. Deliveries are scheduled for 2026–2028. The system will be used for the exchange of imagery data.
Camouflage and decoy systems will be supplied by a consortium comprising Miranda, Lubawa, and WITI.
