Tech Robotics’ updated development strategy could provide an impetus for the transformation of Poland’s drone market and the creation of a domestic unmanned systems technology ecosystem. The growing importance of unmanned systems on the modern battlefield requires not only the development of the platforms themselves, but also the ability to integrate, arm, and adapt them to specific operational applications. Combining Tech Robotics’ capabilities with Niewiadów’s industrial potential creates opportunities for Polish drone companies to enter the defense sector, participate in future procurement programs, and develop innovative solutions that strengthen domestic production capabilities and increase local content.

Tech Robotics unveils 2026–2031 strategy and plans share issue to finance growth
Tech Robotics has published its development strategy for 2026–2031. Its assumptions are based on four interconnected pillars:
- integration and arming of unmanned platforms,
- production of warheads and special-purpose payloads,
- scaling up production capacity,
- development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems.
Implementation of the strategy will be financed in part through a planned issue of up to 3 million shares. The decision on the capital increase will be made by shareholders during an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for October 21. The strategy was developed and will be implemented with the participation of the company’s main shareholder, Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna, which currently holds 70.2% of Tech Robotics’ share capital. “We are not developing four separate projects, but building an integrated business model combining customer relationships, our product offering, industrial base, and technology development. The preliminary agreement signed in August this year regarding the acquisition of infrastructure in Niewiadów is another step toward securing production capacity and creating a base for further scaling of our operations. Combining technological expertise, our own industrial facilities, and the experience of our partners allows us to operate as a credible entity capable of carrying out comprehensive projects, from developing solutions to their implementation. During this year’s MSPO, we held numerous discussions with representatives of the defense sector, and our solutions attracted considerable interest, confirming growing demand for these capabilities,” commented Bartosz Kubacki, President of the Management Board of Tech Robotics.
Pillar I – Integration and armament
Under the first pillar of the new strategy, Tech Robotics will establish a Drone Armament Center in response to growing market demand for comprehensive integration of unmanned systems. The company will adapt, configure, and test various types of unmanned platforms (air, land, sea) for specific operational and combat missions. The business model in this area will be based on two revenue streams: deliveries of configured systems and long-term services covering maintenance, upgrades, and operator training. The center is intended to become a key cooperation hub for drone manufacturers, enabling their platforms to be equipped with full combat capabilities (Poland: Tech Robotics accelerates construction of Drone Armament Center).
Pillar II – Production of warheads and special-purpose payloads
The second pillar will focus on launching and scaling up production of advanced warheads and high-value-added special-purpose payloads. These activities will be carried out in cooperation with Niewiadów Warhead Systems and using the industrial facilities of ZSP Niewiadów. In-house filling capabilities and access to certified facilities designed for work with energetic materials are expected to allow the company to establish a strong market position and create high barriers to entry for competitors. The warhead offering will be directed at institutional customers and partners integrating weapons with unmanned systems.
Pillar III – Scaling up production
The operational base for implementation of the strategy will consist of industrial facilities covering more than 10,000 m² of production halls and an advanced precision machining center. This pillar will provide Tech Robotics with technological independence, reliable delivery schedules, and cost control in the manufacture of bodies, housings, and tooling for its own projects. At the same time, spare production capacity will be offered commercially to external customers. This diversification is intended to stabilize revenues and ensure optimal use of the company’s machinery regardless of fluctuations in the defense procurement cycle.
Pillar IV – Development of solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems
In the long term, the company intends to build technological value through research and development work on solid-fuel rocket propulsion systems. The R&D program will be carried out in cooperation with scientific and industrial partners and will form part of European initiatives aimed at expanding air defense capabilities, including the European Air Shield. This pillar is intended to create growth opportunities for the company in the precision weapons and space technology sectors. Any transition of the technology to mass production will take place after predefined milestones have been achieved and the market potential of the proposed solutions has been confirmed.
