“Shooting can be excellent at calming and focusing our thoughts, and at putting everything in order in our heads. It greatly improves concentration, which is useful, for example, in learning. For this very reason, I highly recommend shooting to young people,” says Jakub Sidorowicz, winner of this year’s King of 2 Miles competition in France, in an interview with Grzegorz Sobczak. He also talks about what the fight for the King of 2 Miles title looked like, and about how it is worth keeping a long distance not only from the target, but also from oneself, one’s own problems, and the world around us.
