BC ARMS USA — Polish solutions available across the ocean
BC ARMS USA is to bring the latest Polish ballistic protection solutions to the American market, distinguished by a highly optimized protection-to-weight ratio. These solutions, assembled in the US, are to be based on materials using Spectra fiber from Honeywell. According to the company, components come from Poland and Mexico.

BC ARMS USA declared capabilities
BC ARMS USA lists the following as its capabilities:
- production of hard ballistic shields (plates) and helmets,
- modular shield systems,
- composite materials offering,
- customer-tailored solutions,
- continuous development of new products and technologies.
What will the offering include?
- Warrior Charlie K4 hard plates, designed to stop a projectile from 7.62mm×39 BZ ammunition (735 m/s) at a weight of 2,050 g and a thickness of 24 mm.
- Patrol A line plates (9mm×19, 470 m/s; 7.62mm×25, 570 m/s)
- “Low-profile” Patrol K plates, featuring the same protection level as Patrol A but with smaller dimensions and ease of integration in applications where concealment is a priority.
- K1/K2 soft inserts designed for Templar’s Gear CIBV2 MIL and CIBV2 MED integrated vests, including side inserts and groin protection panels.
