The Titanium Tactical QR I is a rugged, quick-release overt soft body armor vest, designed to deliver maximum NIJ Level IIIA protection under NIJ 0101.04, while also ensuring resistance against blades and sharp-edged weapons. Built for high performance, it combines secure and ergonomic fit, enhanced load-bearing capability, and long-term durability. In the lower price range, camouflage patterns are available: Greek Camo, Navy Blue, Black and Olive Green, while in the more expensive options, patterns are available. The integrated Titanium SP.3A.301 soft armour panel is a hybrid solution composed of UHMWPE and UD Aramid materials, designed to meet and exceed Level IIIA++ standards as specified in NIJ 0101.04. It offers proven protection against ballistic threats such as 7.62×25mm Tokarev and 9×18mm Makarov rounds. Tested according to NIJ 0115.00, it also defends against edged threats, such as the S1/G blade, with a maximum penetration of less than 16 mm at 20 Joules.
Constructed with Cordura outer fabric and lined with 3D Coolmax Spacetec spacer, the vest is both lightweight and highly durable, offering antibacterial properties and temperature regulation. The 3D Coolmax spacer lining enhances airflow, reducing moisture and preventing fungal growth.
Designed for full 360° ballistic coverage, the vest incorporates a continuous PALS (MOLLE compatible) webbing system, allowing the secure mounting of tactical pouches and accessories without compromising comfort, mobility, or protection.
The four-point quick-release system, located at the shoulders and waist, uses hook & loop fastening and replaceable TUBE connectors for fast and reliable adjustment. Wide, padded shoulder and waist sections provide a firm yet comfortable fit with optimal weight distribution.
Additional features include a reinforced drag handle, front and rear external plate pockets for 25 x 30 cm hard armor inserts, and loop panels for IDs or service logos. All hook-and-loop fasteners meet MIL SPEC F AA-55126B standards.
