On Tuesday, March 10, 2026, Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna announced the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów and Tech Robotics. The companies belong to the issuer’s capital group and jointly plan to develop drone technologies, including solutions intended for combat and defense applications.

The agreement defines the principles of cooperation in the development and implementation of warheads and payloads intended for arming drones. The project assumes the use of the production potential of Zakłady Sprzętu Precyzyjnego Niewiadów as well as the technological knowledge and experience of all participating parties.
As part of the planned cooperation, the companies are considering establishing a joint venture and building a dedicated factory producing warheads and payloads for unmanned systems. The creation of a special-purpose company responsible for the development and production of these solutions is also under consideration.
Tech Robotics also plans to build a drone assembly and composites center and to acquire the necessary technological infrastructure.
The detailed terms of cooperation, schedule, and financing arrangements for the projects will be defined in separate executive agreements.
The signing of the memorandum represents another step in the implementation of the strategy of Niewiadów Polska Grupa Militarna, which envisages expanding its activities in the defense sector and building a strong position in the rapidly developing drone technology market.
Tech Robotics is a technology company developing projects in the field of robotics and unmanned systems. The company focuses on the design, integration, and development of modern technological solutions, including drone systems. It is conducting work on technologies related to the design, assembly, and use of composite components in unmanned systems. The solutions developed by the company may be applied both in the civilian sector and in the fields of security and defense.
It is worth noting that from September 3–6, 2024, the company participated in the 32nd International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) at Targi Kielce, where it presented for the first time the full family of modern Recon unmanned platforms – ReconPATROL, ReconSKY, and ReconSEA.
- ReconPATROL – a ground-based patrol and surveillance drone (UGV) designed for reconnaissance, patrolling, and real-time data collection. Equipped with sensors and thermal imaging cameras, it enables operations in difficult terrain and high-risk conditions, supporting the military, border guard, and security services.
- ReconSKY – an autonomous aerial system (UAV) in a flying-wing configuration, intended for observation missions, signal relay, and critical infrastructure monitoring. Thanks to its modular design, it can be prepared quickly for flight and can operate both in autonomous mode and integrated with other systems.
- ReconSEA – an unmanned surface system (USV) using FOIL technology that allows the platform to rise above the water surface. This enables ReconSEA to achieve higher speeds, improved energy efficiency, and exceptional maneuverability. It is designed for reconnaissance missions, maritime infrastructure protection, and the detection of underwater threats.
ReconPATROL and ReconSKY were presented to the Ministry of National Defence on April 24, 2025, at the 1st Warsaw Armoured Brigade in Warsaw-Wesoła as part of a broader demonstration of unmanned systems from various manufacturers. It was emphasized that these two systems fit perfectly into strategic assumptions: their presence demonstrates that Tech Robotics is actively participating in building a comprehensive “drone army” covering multiple operational domains.
