As part of its continuous development, Pagacz Defence Group (formerly known as Pagacz and Sons, “Pagacz i Synowie” in Polish) participated in the second-largest defense trade fair in the world – Eurosatory in Paris, which took place from June 17 to 21, 2024.
Among the items presented were optical equipment, composite ballistic shields, and run-flat systems for vehicles.
The company also presented optical equipment (e.g. sights, periscopes) dedicated to older military vehicles, optical equipment for artillery, optical equipment in the form of sights for small arms and cannons, solutions related to the armor of military vehicles, and observational binoculars.
It was 5 days of hard work, numerous conversations, product presentations, and meeting new potential contractors.
During the fair, Pagacz Defence Group employees held a series of meetings with representatives from companies around the world, including from France, Denmark, Turkey, and Korea.
The first outcome of the discussions held during the fair is the signing of contracts for the supply of PG-2 sight sets for 122-mm self-propelled howitzers 2S1 Gvozdika by Pagacz (together with PZO sp. z o.o.) to a company from the Czech Republic and a North African country.
The company also signed another long-term cooperation agreement with the French company Metravib Defence, a manufacturer of a family of acoustic shot detection systems, making it the exclusive distributor of these systems in Poland and enabling cooperation in foreign markets.
