On Monday, June 22, 2026, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine announced via social media further strikes on the territory of the Russian Federation, including on the Voronezh semiconductor production facility VZPP-Sborka in Voronezh, which supplies components for Kh-101 cruise missiles and Iskander-K missiles.

The strike was carried out by units of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine using precision air-launched cruise missiles.
VZPP-Sborka is an extremely important element of the Russian military-industrial complex. It produces electronic systems used in Russian missiles, in particular for Iskander system missiles.
In cooperation with other enterprises, the facility also produces and supplies electronic component assemblies for Russian missile weapon systems and air defense systems. In particular:
- transistor circuits and arrays for the electronics units of Kh-101 cruise missiles;
- semiconductor arrays for the BCOM Zarya-61M onboard digital computers used in 9M727 Iskander-K cruise missiles;
- diodes and transistor circuits for television cameras of the tracking system of Pantsir-S1 self-propelled artillery-missile air defense systems.
The products of this facility are directly used by Russia to produce precision guided weapons with which the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation strikes the territory of Ukraine and kills civilians. The destruction of the facility’s capabilities will significantly limit Russia’s ability to produce new missiles.
Ukraine struck a military factory in Voronezh with up to nine Storm Shadow missiles.

UPDATE
According to Russian channels, the Ukrainians reportedly used the latest precision extended-range air-launched missiles AGM-188 Rusty Dagger, developed under the ERAM (Extended Range Attack Munition) program, rather than the British-French Storm Shadow/SCALP-EG as initially claimed. These are missiles produced by American company Zone 5 Technologies, recently acquired by Norwegian Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace (KDA), and also offered under the LCCM (Low-Cost Containerized Missiles) program run by the US Department of Defense.
Russian military-affiliated channel „Voevoda Broadcasts” claims that for the attack in Voronezh, the Ukrainians also employed an unspecified number of US-supplied AGM-188 Rusty Dagger (Extended Range Attack Munition program) air-launched, precision-guided stand-off weapons.… https://t.co/v6OsXYTIzn pic.twitter.com/CrcIBlrxdO

It was previously reported that during the night of June 21-22, several targets were struck on the territory of the Russian Federation and Russian-occupied Ukrainian territory.
The Satellite Communications Center (SCC) in Dubna in the Moscow Oblast was hit. Extensive smoke was observed at the facility. Damage is currently being assessed. This is a branch of the Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC), operating since 1980, and is the largest facility of its kind in Russia and one of the largest in Europe. As part of the RSCC ground technical facilities complex, the SCC in Dubna carries out a wide range of satellite communications tasks.
A drone operator training range in the Debaltseve area of the occupied Luhansk Oblast was also struck, as were drone control points in the Myrnohrad and Perebudova areas of the occupied Donetsk Oblast.
Additionally, Russian command and observation posts were struck in the Ilyok-Penkivka area of Belgorod Oblast in Russia and in the Pokrovsk area of Donetsk Oblast.
A road bridge in the Vasylivka area of the occupied part of Zaporizhzhia Oblast was also damaged; it is used for troop transfers and logistical support of the Russian occupying forces.
According to additional data analysis, on June 21 damage to the infrastructure of the Kavkaz port in Krasnodar Krai of the Russian Federation and two car ferries was confirmed. These facilities are used to support Russian occupying forces in the southern oblasts of Ukraine.

The Russians also carried out a limited strike against targets in Ukraine. A single Iskander-M ballistic missile was launched from occupied Crimea, along with 88 unmanned aerial vehicles of the Geran/Shahed, Gerbera, and Italmas types, as well as drone decoys of various types (including Parodiya), launched from the directions of Kursk, Bryansk, Millerovo, Shatalovka, Oryol, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, Hvardiyske in Crimea, and Donetsk Oblast.
The attack was repelled by aviation, missile air defense forces, electronic warfare (EW) and unmanned systems units, and mobile air defense groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data as of 08:30 local time, 79 drones in the north, south, and east of the country were shot down or forced to crash. One ballistic missile and 5 drones struck 6 locations, and debris fell in 9 locations.
