On Wednesday, June 3, 2026, the Armament Agency of the Ministry of National Defense (AU MON) published a list of all agreements and annexes signed, overwhelmingly with companies from the Polish defense industry, under the single procurement procedure as part of the SAFE (Security Action for Europe) loan program. As reported, between May 28 and 30, contracts covering a record value of deliveries to date were concluded.

Including previously concluded agreements that are also financed or co-financed with funds from the SAFE instrument, the Armament Agency has contracted 38 new agreements and signed annexes to 12 earlier contracts, for a total amount of approximately 118 billion PLN.
- 56 MCC (Mobile Communication Center) mobile communication nodes for the Wisła system from WZŁ-1, worth 2.09 billion PLN gross, dated September 24, 2025;
- An electronic reconnaissance system from Saab, worth 130 million PLN, dated December 19, 2025;
- 18 battery modules of the San short-range air defense system, with the capability to counter unmanned aerial systems, from PGZ, Kongsberg, and APS, worth 15 billion PLN;
- 190 FlyEye Unmanned Aerial System sets from WB Group, worth approximately 1.3 billion PLN net;
- More than 400 Warmate loitering munition sets from WB Group, worth approximately 1 billion PLN net;
- 12 battery fire modules of the Gladius unmanned reconnaissance-and-strike systems, worth more than 9.3 billion PLN net;
- More than 300,000 HBT-02 helmets from the Tytan program from PSO Maskpol, worth approximately 740 million PLN net;
- 50,000 sets of KKZ-01 integrated vests from PSO Maskpol, worth approximately 720 million PLN net;
- Two Hydrograf-class hydrographic vessels from Remontowa Shipbuilding, worth approximately 1.5 billion PLN net;
- Several thousand TM anti-tank mines with ZN fuzes from BZE Belma, worth approximately 51 million PLN net;
- Several hundred Tulipan command-detonated anti-tank and anti-transport explosive charges from BZE Belma, worth 11.1 million PLN net;
- Several thousand ISM mine cassettes with tens of thousands of MN-123 scatterable mines for Baobab scatterable mine-laying vehicles and transporters from BZE Belma, worth approximately 1.36 billion PLN net;
- Directional narrow- and wide-effect charges for the Jarzębina-S command-detonated explosive charge system from MindMade, part of WB Group, BZE Belma, and the Military Institute of Engineer Technology;
- The Jarzębina-S command-detonated explosive charge system;
- Munitions for the Jarzębina-S system ‒ three agreements worth approximately 700 million PLN net;
- 24 Kleszcz Light Armored Reconnaissance Vehicles for K2 tank battalions from AMZ-Kutno, worth approximately 570 million PLN;
- 157 sets of STS medium satellite terminals mounted on vehicles from GISS, worth approximately 2.4 billion PLN net;
- Several hundred thousand rounds of various types of 155-mm artillery ammunition from the PGZ-Amunicja consortium, worth more than 13.5 billion PLN net;
- Eight fire modules with 64 M120K Rak mortars and accompanying vehicles from HSW and Rosomak, worth approximately 3.8 billion PLN;
- Four Regina battalion-level fire modules with 96 AHS Krab self-propelled howitzers from HSW, worth approximately 7.9 billion PLN net;
- 146 Borsuk infantry fighting vehicles from HSW, in cooperation with WB Group, worth approximately 7.5 billion PLN net;
- 1,000 accompanying vehicles for 12 battalion-level fire modules of Homar-K multiple-launch rocket systems (MLRS) from HSW, Jelcz, Rosomak, Wojskowe Zakłady Łączności No. 1, and PIT-Radwar, worth approximately 19 billion PLN;
- 140 command vehicles on the Waran 4×4 chassis from HSW, in cooperation with Teldat, worth more than 2.6 billion PLN net;
- Accompanying vehicles for six battalion-level fire modules with 155-mm K9PL howitzers from HSW and Rosomak, worth approximately 7.6 billion PLN net;
- 30 medical evacuation vehicles on the Rosomak APC chassis for K2 tank battalions from Rosomak, worth more than 500 million PLN net;
- 18 command vehicles on Rosomak APC chassis for K2 tank battalions from Rosomak, worth approximately 400 million PLN net;
- 12 missile transport vehicles under the Wisła program from the PGZ-Wisła consortium;
- 247 special chassis under the Wisła program from the PGZ-Wisła consortium;
- 42 E-OPS, C-OPS, and F-OPS command cabins under the Wisła program from the PGZ-Wisła consortium;
- Camouflage and deception measures under the Wisła program from Miranda, part of Lubawa Group;
- 36 transport-loader vehicles under the Narew program from the PGZ-Narew consortium;
- 121 special chassis under the Narew program from the PGZ-Narew consortium;
- A logistics package under the Narew program from the PGZ-Narew consortium;
- Camouflage and deception measures under the Narew program from Miranda, part of Lubawa Group;
- 16 MCC mobile communication nodes under the Narew program from the PGZ-Narew consortium;
- 14 KD WOPL/IBCS command cabins under the Narew program from the PGZ-Narew consortium;
- Seven BAR RSSA radiotheodolite atmospheric sounding systems for K9 self-propelled howitzers and Homar-K multiple-launch rocket systems from the research and production company Aviomet, worth approximately 73.3 million PLN net;
- CT systems for the Imagery Intelligence Center from Teldat, worth approximately 79 million PLN net, including approximately 51 million PLN from SAFE.

- An annex to the agreement of June 14, 2023, with HSW and Jelcz for the delivery of Baobab-K scatterable mine-laying vehicles, increasing the number of vehicles to be delivered by 11;
- An annex to the agreement of May 14, 2025, with ICEYE Polska for the delivery of the MikroSAR (POLSARIS) satellite Earth observation system;
- An annex to the agreement of December 24, 2024, with WB Group for the delivery of components of Homar-K MLRS and K9 battalion-level fire modules, including the Force Protection UAS system and UKART-2 artillery calculators;
- An annex to the agreement of December 4, 2024, with Celtech for the delivery of 10-m³ fuel distributor tankers on truck chassis (CD-10s), increasing the order to 320 vehicles worth approximately 870 million PLN net;
- An annex to the agreement of September 6, 2022, with Jelcz for the delivery of Jelcz 442.32 medium-payload, high-mobility trucks;
