Two highly experienced companies in the textile industry have joined forces. Lenora (KRS 0000268711), based in Łódź, Poland, has become part of Ariadna Fabryka Nici (KRS 0000019179), also based in Łódź and Poland’s largest manufacturer of threads and haberdashery. The merger took effect on July 1, 2026.

Ariadna Fabryka Nici
The origins of Ariadna Fabryka Nici date back to 1897. Today, the company is one of the largest thread manufacturers and exporters in Poland. Ariadna is a modern factory that combines experience, tradition, and its own production philosophy, which has attracted customers for many years. The company’s long history obliges it to maintain excellent quality, reliability, and care for its reputation and brand. Ariadna threads are manufactured using modern, environmentally friendly technology, and their safety in use has been confirmed by the Öko-Tex Standard 100 certificate in Product Class I. The company continues to develop, responding to changing trends and listening to customer needs. All of this makes Ariadna’s offer so rich and diverse, while its threads have gained recognition on the domestic market and among a growing number of foreign customers.
Operating since 1878, Łódź-based Lenora is a company active in the haberdashery industry, producing woven, braided, and knitted products, including tapes, ribbons, cords, labels, protective tree nets, and more. Lenora’s haberdashery works have a long tradition in Łódź and were initially associated with German entrepreneurs, including Rudolf Keller. Over the years, the company has manufactured haberdashery products using various techniques.
