On Monday, January 26, 2026, the 1st Regional Logistics Base in Wałcz (1. RBLog.) published information on the conclusion of a contract worth 8,340,812.56 PLN net (10,259,199.45 PLN gross) with Zakłady Mechaniczne Tarnów (ZMT), a company belonging to the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), for the delivery of technical materiel and inspection/testing devices for small arms.

The contract was awarded under a restricted procedure with a single contractor, with price as the sole negotiation criterion (100%). Implementation contract No. 2/W/2026 for the delivery of technical materiel and inspection/testing devices for small arms was signed on January 22, 2026, with completion scheduled by November 30, 2026.
It is being carried out under framework agreement No. 27/W/2024 of July 15, 2024, covering the supply of technical materiel for small arms and light mortars, manufactured in accordance with current technical documentation for serial production or based on the current catalogue card of military equipment introduced into or in service with the Armed Forces, approved by the competent organizational unit of the Ministry of National Defense.
The previous implementation contract under the same framework agreement was signed with the same contractor on June 26, 2025, and was valued at 597,009.12 PLN net (734,321.22 PLN gross).
The contract award notice for procedure No. 18/2024, concerning the conclusion of a framework agreement for the 2024–2026 delivery of technical materiel, maintenance and repair kits, inspection/testing devices, and special tools for small arms and light mortars, was published in the Official Journal of the European Union on August 5, 2024.
