On Tuesday, March 31, 2026, MBF Group, a public company listed on the NewConnect market, signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with U.S. company Advanced Digital Manufacturing LLC. The agreement concerns joint work on the preparation and development of a training simulator project for the AH-64E Apache helicopter, one of the key combat platforms of today’s armed forces. The signed memorandum marks another stage in the development of relations between the two sides (Drone World Expo 2026: MBF Group Partners with Advanced Digital Manufacturing LLC).

The project envisions the development of a modern training system using simulation technologies, including Mixed Reality solutions, a technology that combines the real environment with computer-generated elements, enabling a realistic reproduction of operational conditions and real-time interaction with weapons systems. This makes it possible to conduct advanced training for pilots and weapons systems operators of the AH-64E Apache helicopter.
In light of Poland’s contract for the delivery of 96 AH-64E Apache helicopters and the ongoing process of building national operational, maintenance, and training capabilities for the platform, the development of modern simulation systems is taking on particular importance. The introduction of this class of weapon system requires an effective, accessible, and scalable training system for crews and technical personnel. In the context of the Apache’s introduction in Poland and the dynamic development of training capabilities in NATO countries, the initiative aligns with current modernization and operational needs of the armed forces.
Under the agreement, MBF Group serves as the project leader and coordinator. The company is responsible for developing the business model, organizing cooperation, and presenting the concept and potential solutions to institutional customers, including the Polish Armed Forces, the Armament Agency, and selected NATO structures.
The project may be developed in cooperation with domestic partners within the existing technology-industrial consortium.
“Building training capabilities around the AH-64E Apache platform is not only a response to current needs, but also an opportunity to develop domestic technological and industrial expertise,” said Janusz Czarnecki, CEO of MBF Group. “We see in this project a real opportunity to integrate Polish entities into the value chain associated with modern training systems for NATO and to build solutions that could also find applications in foreign markets.”
ADM Works is a company operating in the field of advanced engineering and manufacturing for the aerospace sector, carrying out projects related to aircraft structures and autonomous platforms, including work for Sierra Nevada Corporation and projects linked to initiatives of Uber Technologies and Safran. Its experience in carrying out projects in an ITAR-regulated environment is an important part of the technological potential of the venture being developed.
The memorandum of understanding is non-binding and sets out the framework for further conceptual and analytical work. The parties envisage a phased development of the project, while any potential activities related to building a prototype, financing, or implementing the solution will require separate arrangements.
The parties also agreed to an 18-month period of cooperation, during which ADM Works will not develop a similar project on the European market with another partner without consulting MBF Group.
MBF Group’s management indicated that cooperation with ADM Works could in the future support the development of selected proprietary projects in the areas of unmanned and simulation systems, including the Iryda Plus system, an unmanned fighter, and the Mallard cargo drone.
The signing of the agreement with a reputable U.S. company is in line with MBF Group’s strategy, which calls for expanding its activities in the defense technology sector and building international partnerships, particularly in the U.S. market and allied countries.
