On Tuesday, March 3, 2026, during Drone World Expo 2026 at Ptak Warsaw Expo in Nadarzyn (running through March 5), MBF Group signed a mutual non-disclosure agreement (MNDA) with the U.S. company Advanced Digital Manufacturing LLC (ADM), headquartered in Santa Ana, California.

The agreement sets out the rules for exchanging confidential information between the parties in connection with ongoing talks regarding potential cooperation models in the area of unmanned systems and dual-use technologies. The document does not create an obligation to enter into a definitive agreement or to carry out any specific project, and any further steps will require separate arrangements and contracts.
ADM Works operates in the field of advanced engineering and manufacturing for the aerospace sector and has carried out projects related to aircraft structures and autonomous platforms, including work performed for Sierra Nevada Corporation (the construction of a full-scale Freedom Trainer aircraft platform). These projects were conducted in an environment subject to technology export-control regulations, including ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations). ADM Works also participated in a project for Uber Technologies and Safran involving the development and manufacture of structural components for the conceptual cabin of an autonomous platform (Sierra Nevada offers the Freedom Trainer to the U.S. Navy).
Signing the agreement is the result of several months of talks and an exchange of conceptual information regarding projects being developed by the Issuer in the unmanned-systems domain, including the Iryda Plus platform and the Mallard family of systems. The purpose of the agreement is to establish a formal framework enabling further analysis of cooperation models, including in the areas of technology adaptation, systems integration, and the transfer or licensing of selected Issuer technologies to the U.S. market, with due regard to applicable export regulations.
MBF Group’s Management Board indicates that the U.S. market is one of the company’s key directions for potential technological expansion. At the same time, any future actions will depend on further business arrangements and full compliance with applicable legal regulations, including technology export-control rules relevant to the jurisdictions concerned—particularly ITAR.
MBF Group’s Management Board recognized the information about signing the agreement as inside information within the meaning of Article 7 of the MAR Regulation, due to its significant importance for the company’s further business development and the implementation of its strategy of internationalizing its technology projects.
