On Thursday, 17 September 2026, the 2nd Regional Logistics Base (2. RBLog) in Warsaw published the results of a procurement procedure for the supply of technical materiel for Homar-K multiple rocket launchers in the current year. The tender had been conducted under an accelerated restricted competitive procedure since 29 July.

The subject of the contract is the supply of technical materiel for Homar-K multiple rocket launchers. The deadline for submitting applications to participate in the procedure was 11 August. The bid evaluation criteria were price (60%) and warranty (40%).
One bid was received, submitted by Hanwha Aerospace Europe of Warsaw, part of South Korea’s Hanwha Aerospace within the Hanwha Group, with a value of 2,545,522.68 PLN. The bid was selected on 27 August and the relevant contract was signed on 11 September. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026. The materiel will be delivered to the Olsztyn depot.
It is worth noting that on 8 September, the first day of the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition MSPO 2026 at Targi Kielce, the Armament Agency of the Polish Ministry of National Defence signed an agreement with Hanwha Aerospace transferring a license for the production of spare parts for Homar-K launcher modules. The license will be transferred to Polish defense industry entities under separate agreements.
156 of the 290 ordered Homar-K launcher modules have been delivered to the Polish Armed Forces so far. Homar-K is the Polish-adapted version of the South Korean K239 Chunmoo launcher, mounted on the Jelcz P882.57 TS T45 K-MLRS 8×8 chassis and equipped with the TOPAZ battle management system, the FONET digital vehicular communications platform, and the Radmor radio communications system.
Deliveries are being carried out under the first call-off contract signed on 4 November 2022 for 218 launchers. Meanwhile, on 25 April 2024, a second call-off contract was signed for another 72 launchers, two of which are intended for the newly established Missile Forces and Artillery Training Center in Toruń.
Meanwhile, the 2nd Regional Logistics Base has not yet concluded the parallel procurement procedures for technical materiel support for 155 mm K9A1 Thunder self-propelled howitzers, launched on 28 July, and K2GF Black Panther tanks, launched on 21 August.
