The order was divided into two parts: the first concerned spare parts, and the second concerned engines. The deadline for submitting applications for admission to the procedure expired on February 18, 2026, at 7:00 a.m. The sole criterion for selecting the offer was price, weighted at 100%.
According to information from April 13, no bids were received for the spare parts, and therefore the procedure was closed. In the case of the engines, one bid was received from Rosomak of Siemianowice Śląskie, a company belonging to Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), and the vehicle manufacturer. The bid was valued at 761,264.50 PLN net, or 936,355.34 PLN gross.
The offer was selected and the relevant contract was signed on April 27. The contractor now has 210 days to fulfill the provisions of the contract.
As for the engines, all Rosomak wheeled armored personnel carriers, which are Finnish Patria AMV, or Armoured Modular Vehicle, vehicles produced under license, are powered by a Scania DI 12 compression-ignition diesel engine with an output of 480 hp, or 360 kW. It provides a maximum speed of more than 100 km/h on paved roads, up to 10 km/h in water thanks to two waterjets, and a range of up to 700 km.
Meanwhile, since March 16 this year, the 1st Regional Logistics Base from Wałcz has been conducting a tender whose subject includes spare parts and periscopes for the Rosomak wheeled armored personnel carrier.
Last year, the 2nd Regional Logistics Base concluded framework agreements worth 32,520,325.20 PLN each with PUHM STAR-MOT of Szczecin, CLAYMORE of Komorniki, and Rosomak of Siemianowice Śląskie for the supply of assemblies, spare parts, and materials for the Rosomak wheeled armored personnel carrier.
