On Friday, July 3, 2026, the Kraków-based 3rd Regional Logistics Base (3. RBLog) launched a restricted competitive tender procedure for the supply of technical support materiel for military radios delivered by Radmor, part of WB Group.

The deadline for submitting requests to participate in the procedure will expire on August 8, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. The only bid evaluation criterion will be price, weighted at 100%. The deadline for completing the basic order is 90 days from the date of signing the contract, while the optional order must be completed within 45 days of notifying the contractor that the option has been exercised, but no later than November 30, 2026.
The order has been divided into 21 lots covering the supply of:
- display assemblies;
- contact assemblies;
- 2571/2 power supplies;
- front panel kits;
- rear panel kits;
- DIG-MOD 9210-3 digital modules;
- ID/GPS blocks;
- high-frequency modules;
- intermediate-frequency/frequency synthesizer modules;
- ANT 210 antennas;
- LB3088/V3L antennas;
- ANT GPS 66800-52 antennas;
- COT 207-14R handsets;
- 01114/1 loudspeakers;
- ALI 143 battery power supplies;
- PTOR 2015D backpacks;
- LB3088D/4E-GPS-3V antenna;
- CHF 135 antenna cables;
- CHF 147 connection cables;
- CHF GPS antenna cables;
- CRE 222 power cables.
A detailed description of the subject of the contract will be made available to contractors invited to submit bids in the second stage of the procedure. Detailed terms for contract performance will be included in the draft contractual provisions. In the second stage of the procedure, the contracting authority will require submission of product-related evidence in the form of a statement issued by the manufacturer of Radmor radios confirming the conformity and compatibility of the offered items with the radios.
The Polish Armed Forces use tens of thousands of Radmor radios, including 3501 and 3501/8 handheld radios, V3501 vehicle radios, R35010 personal radios, Comp@n and Comp@n-Z handheld and vehicle radios, RRC 9211 manpack radios, RRC 9311 and 9310AP vehicle radios, and RRC 9200 and RRC 9500 manpack and vehicle radios.
