Minister Sławomir Cenckiewicz, Head of the National Security Bureau, paid a working visit to Fabryka Broni “Łucznik” in Radom, where he met with representatives of the management board and trade unions to discuss the Polish plant’s current difficult situation. The factory is facing mass layoffs due to a lack of public orders.
The minister learned about the factory’s structure, toured part of the production area, and was briefed on its product range. The Head of the National Security Bureau was accompanied by Maj. Gen. Adam Rzeczkowski, Director of the BBN Department for Supreme Authority over the Armed Forces and Uniformed Services, and Witold Milczarek, Deputy Director of the Office of the Head of the BBN.
Fabryka Broni “Łucznik” in Radom must survive the current crisis and continue to support the rearmament of the Polish Armed Forces and uniformed services, while providing jobs and ensuring production continuity.
This historic plant is a Polish treasure!

The fulfillment of orders for the Polish Armed Forces, the implementation of innovative technological solutions, and investment in and development of the plant were the main topics of today’s talks between Deputy Minister Paweł Bejda and the management team of Fabryka Broni “Łucznik”. The factory in Radom, which is part of the Polish Armaments Group, has for years remained a leader in the production of small arms in Poland. One of the most important examples is its contracts with the Armament Agency, covering the delivery of thousands of MSBS Grot rifles and Vis 100 pistols. During the talks, it was emphasized that investing in the domestic defense industry, including companies such as “Łucznik”, is crucial not only for national security, but also for economic development and the creation of new jobs.
