On Thursday, April 16, 2026, the Communications and External Relations Office of Polish Armaments Group announced that, on the same day, Marcin Idzik, Vice President of the PGZ Management Board, resigned from his position with immediate effect.

Marcin Idzik was appointed Vice President of the PGZ Management Board on April 9, 2024, and was responsible for PGZ’s finance and sales areas. He previously served as Deputy Minister of National Defence and as former Vice President, and subsequently, from 2015, President of Polish Defence Holding (PHO).
“PGZ Management Board President Adam Leszkiewicz thanked Marcin Idzik for his intensive work at Polish Armaments Group and his contribution to the company’s development. He said that the common financial policy standards introduced by Idzik, as well as integrated bank negotiations, had enabled the Group to obtain the best investment financing terms available on the market. Leszkiewicz added that Idzik’s experience and consistency in pursuing business objectives had translated into the best financial results in the Group’s history, and wished him success in the next stage of his professional career.”
Currently, the PGZ Management Board consists of President Adam Leszkiewicz, First Vice President Arkadiusz Bąk, and Vice Presidents Piotr Zawieja and Jan Grabowski.
