As a result of the qualification process on April 8, 2024, the Supervisory Board of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) selected members for the positions of the company’s management board. They are Mr. Arkadiusz Bąk, Mr. Marcin Idzik, and Mr. Piotr Zawieja. The new members of the PGZ management board will commence their duties on April 9, 2024.
The qualification process for four new members of the PGZ management board was initiated on February 20, 2024, based on § 23 (3) point 3 of the Company’s Statute, following the dismissal of Jakub Roszkowski and Marcin Wierzchowski, who served as members of the PGZ management board since September 19, 2022.
Earlier, on March 21, 2024, Krzysztof Trofiniak was appointed as the CEO of the PGZ management board.
Arkadiusz Bąk is a former chairman of the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship Council from the previous term on behalf of the Polish People’s Party (PSL) and a former undersecretary of state at the Ministry of Economy from 2014 to 2015.
Marcin Idzik is a former Deputy Minister of National Defense and former Vice President, and subsequently, in 2015, President of the Polski Holding Obronny sp. z o. o. (Polish Defense Holding, Ltd.).
