On Wednesday and Friday, May 28 and 30, 2025, the 2nd Regional Logistics Base in Warsaw (2. RBlog.) published information on four procurement procedures related to the acquisition of engineering and construction equipment for the Polish Armed Forces. Meanwhile, the 3rd Regional Logistics Base awarded a contract for the delivery of additional truck-mounted excavators.

The first procurement procedure, dated May 28, concerns the delivery of 8 self-propelled motor graders, with an option for 4 additional units. The deadline for submitting requests to participate in the procedure is June 30, 2025, at 08:15. The bid evaluation criteria include: price (60%), engine power (10%), warranty period in months (10%), warranty for paint coatings (5%), warranty for battery use (5%), and delivery time for the base order (10%). Deliveries are expected to be completed by October 30, 2025. The vehicles will be delivered to the depot in Warsaw.
The second procurement procedure, also dated May 28, concerns the delivery of 17 heavy tracked bulldozers, with an option for 5 additional units. The deadline for submitting requests to participate is June 27, 2025, at 08:00. The bid evaluation criteria are the same: price (60%), engine power (10%), warranty period in months (10%), warranty for paint coatings (5%), warranty for battery use (5%), and delivery time for the base order (10%). Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by October 30, 2025. The vehicles will be delivered to the depot in Ostrów Mazowiecka.
The third procurement procedure, dated May 30, concerns the delivery of 4 wheeled loaders. The deadline for submitting requests to participate is June 30, 2025, at 08:15. Deliveries are expected to be completed by November 28, 2025. The vehicles will be delivered to depots in Jarocin and Inowrocław.

The deadline for submitting requests to participate is June 30, 2025, at 09:00. The bid evaluation criteria are: price (60%), engine power (10%), warranty period in months (10%), warranty for paint coatings (5%), warranty for battery use (5%), and delivery time for the base order (10%). Deliveries are scheduled to be completed by November 28, 2025. The vehicles will be delivered to depots in Jarocin and Inowrocław.
On January 9 of this year, the 2nd Regional Logistics Base announced that in the last quarter of 2024, a package of modern and diverse engineering equipment had been acquired for the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. The procurement included 19-ton HBM BG 180 TA-7 self-propelled motor graders with 150 kW engines, 15.8-ton Liebherr 716 Litronic heavy tracked bulldozers with 97 kW engines, and 13.8-ton Dynapac CA3500D vibratory road rollers with 97 kW engines.
Additionally, on May 28, the 3rd Regional Logistics Base published the results of a tender for the delivery of 7 truck-mounted excavators in 2025 and 8 more in 2026. The procedure had been ongoing since January 23 of this year. The contract, worth 88,120,105 PLN, was awarded on May 26 to the company Szczęśniak Special Vehicles from Bielsko-Biała. Delivery must be completed within 17 months.

On January 9 of this year, the company Szczęśniak Special Vehicles from Bielsko-Biała announced that in late 2024 it had delivered the first UDS 214.3 multifunctional excavator mounted on a Scania XT P460 8×8 truck chassis to the 18th Engineer Regiment, under an order from the 3rd Regional Logistics Base. The deliveries are part of a tender for 36 new truck-mounted excavators, published on February 8, 2024.
On August 6, 2024, the offer from Szczęśniak Special Vehicles was selected—it was the only one submitted on time. The new excavators will replace the K-407C on the Star 266M chassis, which is a modernized version of the K-407B mounted on the Star 266. The working section is powered by an SW-266 engine.
