On Tuesday, July 15, 2025, Paweł Bejda, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence, responsible for overseeing the technical modernization of the Polish Armed Forces, met with Karen Brutyan, Deputy Minister of Defence of the Republic of Armenia.

The meeting was also attended by the Ambassador of Armenia, H.E. Aleksander Arzumanyan. The primary objective of the talks was to deepen bilateral relations, with a particular emphasis on cooperation in the fields of defense, security, and the economy. During the meeting, both sides highlighted their mutual interest in strengthening ties and exchanging experiences.
As part of the discussions, the Armenian side confirmed its participation in this year’s edition of the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce. This participation will undoubtedly provide an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with the achievements of the Polish defense industry and to establish new business and technological contacts.
The parties also discussed intensifying trade and investment exchange, including the preliminary identification of potential areas for joint economic initiatives.
This meeting marks another important step in building stronger and more comprehensive relations between Poland and Armenia. It opens new prospects for cooperation in the defense sector, contributing to stability and development in Eastern Europe and the Caucasus.
