On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, the Supervisory Board of Polish Armaments Group (Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa, PGZ), acting pursuant to § 23(3)(3) of the company’s Articles of Association and Resolution No. 81/V/2026 of the PGZ S.A. Supervisory Board of May 19, 2026, announced the launch of a qualification procedure for the position of Vice President of the company’s Management Board.

The Supervisory Board of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa has published the details of the qualification procedure for the position of Vice President of the Management Board:
Candidates must hold Polish citizenship, have a higher education degree or a higher education degree obtained abroad and recognized in Poland, have at least five years of employment history, at least three years of experience in managerial or independent positions, not be subject to restrictions or prohibitions on holding positions specified in legal regulations, enjoy full public rights and have full legal capacity.
A candidate may not be a person who serves as a social assistant or is employed in the office of a deputy, senator, deputy-senator or member of the European Parliament; is a member of, or employed by, a political party body; is a trade union activist in a PGZ Group company; carries out activities that create a conflict of interest with the activities of Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa; is subject to criminal or fiscal criminal proceedings; or has been convicted by a final or non-final court judgment.
In addition, it is desirable for the candidate to have professional experience in the defense sector or access to classified information with the “secret” classification level.
The deadline for opening envelopes containing candidate applications is June 2, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. Interviews with candidates will be held on June 11.
On April 16 this year, the then Vice President of the PGZ Management Board, Marcin Idzik, resigned from his position with immediate effect.
