IMCO Group is an international company with more than 50 years of experience in technological and subsystems manufacturing for leading defense programs worldwide. IMCO plays a vital role in supporting advanced armored vehicles, modern naval and airborne platforms, and leading air defense systems by ensuring their effective implementation and operational readiness for partners and customers.
Positioning for Local Collaboration
IMCO designs and manufactures electrical and electronic solutions and systems for military platforms, including armored vehicles, aircraft, and missile defense systems.
Its offering includes cutting edge solutions such as Advanced AI Situation Awareness (SAVS) and Health and Usage Monitoring System (HUMS), as well as critical subsystems including mission computers, advanced displays solutions, power management & distribution solutions and critical sub-assemblies for Air Defense systems.
At the upcoming MSPO exhibition, IMCO will display its products on key customer platforms and evaluate potential strategic partnership opportunities in Eastern Europe.
IMCO identifies MSPO 2025 as a key event in the region, particularly given the current situation for Europe’s defense industry. Nations throughout Central Europe are accelerating modernization and enlargement of its armored vehicle fleets on one hand while increasing local industry strength and capabilities to ensure operational autonomy on the other.
IMCO plans to support these priorities by shifting from exporting finished subsystems to local production.
The focus of Polish Armed Forces and its allies and neighbor countries in Europe on strengthening their land forces capabilities is exactly where IMCO can significantly contribute from its proven experience. Looking ahead, manufacturing in partnership with local companies will enable us to introduce products that combine our design and integration experience with local advanced engineering and manufacturing capabilities. This approach would enable the end user to operate with higher mobility, operational efficiency and safety while enjoying quicker supply, greater maintenance, independence and growth to the local industry – said Ariel Kendel, IMCO’s CEO.
AI-driven situational awareness
IMCO Group’s SAVS 360 is an AI-powered situational awareness system designed to give armored vehicle crews unparalleled 360° visibility and rapid threat detection. By integrating feeds from day/night sensors and using advanced video processing, SAVS 360 delivers a seamless, real-time operational picture, enhancing crew safety and decision-making under pressure.
With AI-based alerts and an intuitive interface, crews can operate with closed hatches, maintain full awareness, and respond swiftly to developing threats. SAVS 360’s modular design ensures easy integration on existing platforms, while IMCO’s turnkey support simplifies installation and long-term upgrades. The system’s proven reliability and real-time intelligence make it a vital force multiplier for modern armored operations. (SAVS 360: Enhance Armored Vehicle System with AI Video)
Real-time insights and predictive maintenance
AI-Driven HUMS is an advanced Health and Usage Monitoring System that delivers real-time insights and predictive maintenance for military land, sea, and air platforms. By integrating data from various sensors, it provides a comprehensive view of platform health, reducing downtime and boosting mission readiness.

AI diagnostics detect faults instantly, while analytics predict wear and schedule maintenance, extending asset life and lowering costs. Users receive tailored dashboards: operators get status indicators, maintenance teams access detailed diagnostics, and commanders view fleetwide trends for informed decisions.
With military-grade encryption and customizable controls, AI-Driven HUMS fits seamlessly into diverse defense platforms. Its modular, scalable design means straightforward integration, simplified upgrades, and reliable long-term support. By turning sensor data into actionable intelligence, HUMS ensures forces remain mission-ready, minimizing failures and maximizing operational availability.

Technology Showcases and Open Dialogue
IMCO will leverage MSPO as a platform to engage with European OEMs, integrators, and end-users regarding the adaptation, certification, and eventual assembly of its technologies and solutions on local production lines.
We are aware of the major armored vehicle and air defense initiatives that have been underway or launched in Europe over the past several years. MSPO is a great opportunity for us to translate these insights into tailored solutions and maybe even joint-development and production roadmaps – said Yoav Ben-Sem, Chief Business Officer at IMCO.
IMCO is familiar with working closely with local industry and setting up manufacturing sites in major markets. Nearly 30 years ago, IMCO entered the US market, and its wholly owned subsidiary, ADTI (also known as IMCO America), serves as a vendor to major defense integrators in the United States.
Implications for Poland and Beyond
IMCO’s strategy reflects Europe’s broader move toward local, collaborative production. By embedding integration know-how in host nations, such models promise not only improved program timelines but also enhanced sovereignty over maintenance, upgrade cycles and future innovation.

For Poland, which recently announced several new and upgraded armored vehicles programs as well as a large increase in defense budget and investment, IMCO’s approach offers a pathway to accelerate capability delivery while building domestic expertise. If successful, similar partnerships could extend to neighboring countries—such as Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the Baltic states—further reinforcing Central Europe’s collective defense posture.
Looking Ahead
In the coming days, MSPO 2025 will provide IMCO with a forum to engage in exploratory discussions, gather feedback from Polish and Central European stakeholders, and refine its local-partnership proposals. While formal joint ventures remain on the horizon, the company’s proactive stance signals a clear intent: to evolve from an international supplier into a strategic partner—one that empowers Europe to produce advanced, combat-ready systems, tailored to regional needs.
As the doors open in Kielce, IMCO Group invites European defense firms and agencies to engage, share their requirements and help shape the next generation of locally produced, field-tested solutions.
