Hubertus Pro to supply new shotguns for the Polish Armed Forces

Hubertus Pro, a Warsaw-based company operating in the commercial and institutional markets, will supply smoothbore shotguns to Military Unit 4101 in Lubliniec and the Military Gendarmerie. Publicly available information includes the value of the signed contracts, which totals 18,545,497.20 PLN. This is the outcome of a tender described in the article Jednostka Wojskowa Komandosów kupi strzelby gładkolufowe.

Publicly available information does not mention a specific type of shotgun. However, Hubertus Pro is the Polish distributor of the Italian brand Fabarm and has already supplied its weapons to Polish customers, including the Police ‒ Fabarm STF12. It can be assumed that the subject of the contract may be one of the variants of the modular STF12 family, designed with uniformed services in mind.

The STF12 is not a single model, but a comprehensive platform comprising multiple variants. It is a highly modular design that can be configured for a specific task. Its stocks can be replaced, including fixed and folding stocks as well as a pistol grip only, as can its barrels, available in four lengths from 279 to 558 mm, chokes, and optics rail. The shotgun features a high-quality trigger mechanism and smooth action. Enlarged controls and a wide trigger guard allow convenient operation while wearing gloves. The barrels have 76-mm chambers, allowing the use of various types of ammunition.

New additions to the STF12 family include variants with configurations optimized for countering aerial unmanned systems. Presented in Poland at MSPO 2025 and at the IWA OutdoorClassics 2026 trade fair in Nuremberg, they stand out, among other features, for their long barrels with chokes that increase shot concentration at range and new-type mechanical sights for dynamic aiming.
