On Friday, 12 June 2026, Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, a company within the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), issued a statement on the discontinuation of the investigation into its business activities in the United States.

Statement:
In connection with information appearing in the public domain concerning the investigation conducted by the District Prosecutor’s Office in Radom into the cooperation between Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom and the American distributor of its products, the Company informs that the investigation has been discontinued due to the finding that there were no elements of a prohibited act.
The investigation included an analysis of decisions made by members of the Company’s then Management Board. Following the evidentiary proceedings, the Prosecutor’s Office found no grounds to attribute criminal liability to the persons covered by the proceedings.
The justification for the decision to discontinue the investigation indicated, among other things, that the actions taken by the Management Board, although involving business risk, ultimately contributed to the development of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom and to maintaining a strategic contractor on the American market.
In view of the fact that media publications concerning the case repeatedly referred to persons holding positions on the Company’s Management Board, it should be emphasized that the proceedings ended without finding that any offence had been committed by members of the then Management Board, which also included Seweryn Figurski, the current President of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom.
Fabryka Broni consistently pursues a development strategy based on the diversification of its operations, covering both the domestic market and the development of exports, as well as its presence on the civilian market. An example of the effective implementation of this strategy is the ATF certification obtained for the MSBS Grot Pistol, enabling the product to be sold on the United States market.
The development of international cooperation and the building of lasting relationships with foreign partners remain among the Company’s key development directions, strengthening its position on export markets and supporting the potential of the Polish defense industry.
