On Monday, October 20, 2025, WB Group announced on social media that its production facilities had been visited by a delegation from the Technical Institute of the Air and Air Defense Forces of Vietnam (Viện Kỹ thuật Quân chủng Phòng không – Không quân Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam), led by Colonel Tran Ngoc Ha, Director of the Institute.
During the visit, which took place on October 16–17, 2025, representatives of the Vietnamese side familiarized themselves with WB Group’s manufacturing process for unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and observed an operational demonstration of the Flytronic FlyEye UAS and the Warmate family of loitering munitions (Polish-made FlyEye have been commissioned by the Malaysian Armed Forces; Framework agreement for 10,000 Warmate loitering munitions for the Polish Armed Forces).
It is worth recalling that during the 31st International Defense Industry Exhibition MSPO 2023 in Kielce, a strategic agreement was signed between the Vietnamese conglomerate Viettel (Viettel High Tech) and the Polish WB Group (WB Electronics). The partnership aims to enable both leading entities – from Poland and Vietnam – to leverage each other’s strengths and support one another in the global market.
