The POLSECURE International Trade Fair is an important event in the Targi Kielce portfolio, alongside MSPO and the IFRE Expo, aimed at uniformed services responsible for public security and state security. The next edition, organized in cooperation with the Polish Police Headquarters, will take place on April 21–23, 2026, at Targi Kielce, under the Honorary Patronage of the Minister of the Interior and Administration.
POLSECURE brings together uniformed services, public administration, and the security industry. It is a venue for presenting the latest solutions, technologies, and equipment that support the day-to-day work of formations responsible for citizens’ safety.

A new dimension through cooperation with RARS and the dedicated STRATEXPO event
POLSECURE 2026 gains a new dimension thanks to the established cooperation with the Government Strategic Reserves Agency (RARS). The creation of a dedicated space for the STRATEXPO Expo enhances the stature of the fair and expands its thematic scope to include areas crucial to national resilience and preparedness for crisis situations.
RARS plays a key role in ensuring strategic reserves necessary in the event of natural disasters, public health threats, armed conflicts, or other crises. The Agency is responsible, among other things, for maintaining food, medical, and technical resources, as well as fuel reserves that form the foundation of state security.
Showcasing solutions for strategic reserves within STRATEXPO
In line with its objectives, STRATEXPO will become a dedicated platform for presenting innovative solutions and products tailored to the needs of state strategic reserves. It offers a unique opportunity for companies to reach key decision-makers and representatives of institutions responsible for public security and crisis management.
Targi Kielce particularly invites manufacturers and suppliers of materials critical to strategic reserves and national security to participate in STRATEXPO, including:
- long-term food supplies,
- medical equipment and materials,
- fuels and technical resources,
- rescue and firefighting equipment,
- infrastructure and technologies supporting national security and operational readiness.
RARS in the conference program and B2B meetings
RARS will also be involved in preparing the substantive program of both events. The cooperation includes co-organizing an accompanying conference devoted to current challenges in civil protection, civil defense, and crisis management. The presence of the Agency and suppliers working with RARS will underscore the strategic importance of both events in building national resilience.
