- 21 Kh-101 cruise missiles from over the Caspian Sea;
- 16 Kalibr cruise missiles from vessels in the Black Sea;
- 408 unmanned aerial vehicles, including approximately 250 Geran/Shahed-type drones and decoy UAVs of various types (including Gerbera), launched from the directions of Kursk, Bryansk, Oryol, Shatalovo, Millerovo, and Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as from Crimea and Donetsk.
The main directions of the attack were the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Rivne, and Vinnytsia oblasts.
The attack was repelled by aviation, air defense missile forces, electronic warfare (EW) units and unmanned systems units, as well as mobile air defense groups of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to preliminary data, as of 10:30 a.m. local time, air defense systems had shot down or caused to crash 406 aerial targets, including 14 Kh-101 missiles, 10 Kalibr missiles, and 382 unmanned aerial vehicles.
Hits by 13 missiles and 21 UAVs were recorded at 19 locations. Debris from downed UAVs was also reported in three locations. At the time of publication, information regarding two missiles and an unspecified number of UAVs was still being clarified.

President Of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy:
“Wherever the security situation allows, rescue and repair operations are underway at the sites of Russian strikes. Yesterday’s attack involved more than 400 drones and around 40 missiles of various types. The main targets were the power grid, power plants, and substations. Damage was recorded in the Volyn, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, and Rivne oblasts. In Rivne, a residential building was damaged. In Ladyzhyn, in the Vinnytsia oblast, drones struck the administrative building of an agricultural college. There were also attacks in the Kyiv and Kharkiv oblasts. Air defense operations are ongoing in several regions.
Russia could choose genuine diplomacy every day, but instead it chooses new strikes. It is crucial that everyone who supports trilateral negotiations responds to this. Moscow must be deprived of the ability to use the cold as a tool of pressure against Ukraine. This requires missiles for Patriot, NASAMS, and other systems. Every delivery helps us survive this winter. I thank all our partners who understand this and are sincerely helping.”

Map of attacks (source):
On the above map, two points are worth noting: both Tsirkon hypersonic missiles struck targets in the Vinnytsia oblast (pink lines), and the presence of three drones was recorded near the Polish border (yellow lines). Although one of them was marked as having violated Polish airspace, the Polish Armed Forces Operational Command did not confirm this (it is possible that the drone crashed very close to the border).
