Representatives of the government, military leadership, public institutions, business, and cybersecurity experts from Poland and abroad will come to the capital of Greater Poland. Over the course of two days, they will discuss how modern security is changing, both for states and for companies and local governments.

Three Stages, Three Security Perspectives
The congress program will run simultaneously across three stages – strategic, business, and expert – in order to address the needs of different participant groups.
On the Main Stage, representatives of state administration, the military, and international institutions will come together. Announced guests include Krzysztof Gawkowski, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Affairs, and Cezary Tomczyk, Secretary of State at the Ministry of National Defence.
One of the key program highlights will be a debate devoted to breakthrough technologies in the new type of 21st-century warfare. The discussion will include representatives of the highest command of the Polish Armed Forces, and the panel will be moderated by Anna Maria Dyner, a well-known and highly respected analyst specializing in international security and Eastern policy. The special guest that day will be Dr. Sławosz Uznański-Wiśniewski, an astronaut who last year spent more than a dozen days aboard the International Space Station conducting research as part of the IGNIS mission. Also planned are a debate on military-industrial cooperation in the field of cybersecurity featuring representatives of, among others, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, and Oracle, as well as a lecture by Prof. Piotr Sankowski on sovereign AI.
On the second day of the congress, experts and leaders from the technology sector will address the topic of Poland’s potential in developing the technologies of the future. The discussion will feature representatives of innovative companies developing advanced solutions in artificial intelligence and new technologies: ICEYE, whose two additional radar satellites were recently launched into space, Bielik AI, Cyber Simplifier, and Ares Shield AI.

Cybersecurity in Practice
The second congress space – the Business and Local Government Stage – is aimed at company executives, critical infrastructure operators, and representatives of local government administration.
The program includes discussions on new cybersecurity regulations, including the NIS2 and CER directives, as well as on building digital resilience in sectors such as energy, transport, and water utilities. These are areas particularly exposed to attacks. The agenda will also feature highly practical topics, ranging from ways to build a security culture within an organization to managing the risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence in companies. Speakers on this stage will include representatives of some of Poland’s largest companies in the energy, transport, and municipal infrastructure sectors, including Orlen, Tauron Polska Energia, Aquanet, and Poznań-Ławica Airport.
There will also be room for a lighter, yet highly relevant, perspective – experts will present real stories from the world of cybercrime and discuss the mistakes organizations most commonly make in the area of security.
Essential Knowledge for Practitioners
The third, new congress space – the Professionals’ Stage – was designed for people who work with operational cybersecurity on a daily basis: SOC teams, analysts, pentesters, and Red Team and Blue Team specialists.
The presentations selected through the Call for Papers focus on specific tools and scenarios used in the day-to-day work of cybersecurity professionals. The program will include, among other topics, analyses of attacks on IoT devices, practical use of analytical frameworks in threat detection, and incident response scenarios involving ransomware or DDoS attacks.
Future Technologies and a Space for Innovators
An integral part of the event will also be the EXPO zone, where technology companies will present solutions supporting the protection of the digital infrastructure of states and organizations. The organizers have also announced a dedicated space for startups.
“This year’s edition has been expanded to include modules dedicated to dual-use, space, and unmanned technologies. For the first time, a special zone for Polish startups is planned. It is intended to serve as a platform for promoting Polish companies offering proprietary products, solutions, and services in the broadly understood field of cybersecurity and breakthrough technologies. We want IN.SE.CON to be a place where innovators can meet and talk with representatives of the public sector, especially entities associated with the ministries of national defence and of the interior and administration,” said Paweł Dziuba, Director of the Cybersecurity Department at the Ministry of National Defence.

Congress participants will also be able to visit CyberHackLab, an interactive zone where theory meets practice. The challenges prepared there will allow them to test their skills in identifying system vulnerabilities, analyzing incidents, and breaking security measures in a controlled environment. And outside the Poznań Congress Center building, there will be something special for military hardware enthusiasts: two specialist vehicles used in the state’s modern defense system will be on display – the Kleszcz Light Armored Reconnaissance Transporter (Bóbr-3) and the Baobab-K Scatterable Mine-Laying Vehicle.
Poznań at the Center of the European Debate
The organizers emphasize that the congress’s ambition is to create a meeting place for different communities: public administration and the military, business, and technology specialists. This formula makes it possible to view cybersecurity from different perspectives – strategic, organizational, and technical.
As a result, IN.SE.CON is steadily building its position as one of the most important cybersecurity events in Central Europe, while Poznań is becoming an important venue for international discussion on digital security.
