On Tuesday, May 19, 2026, in Warsaw, Polish Armaments Group (Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa, PGZ) and the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce signed a Memorandum of Cooperation. The purpose of the agreement is to implement activities supporting joint initiatives under the name PURSUE, the Poland-Ukraine Roundtable for Strategic Understanding and Engagement. Cooperation within the PURSUE platform enables meetings between Polish and Ukrainian defense-sector companies to discuss cooperation imperatives, including political, administrative, regulatory, economic and business conditions, as well as technical standards. The agreement was signed by PGZ Management Board President Adam Leszkiewicz, together with Vice President Jan Grabowski, and Jacek Piechota, President of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce.

The parties to the agreement intend to begin work on establishing a functional competence center that will bring together technological and production cooperation projects led by Ukrainian entrepreneurs and non-governmental organizations. The parties, in accordance with their respective competencies, declare their readiness to assess the compliance of these projects with Polish standards and needs, with a view to potentially recommending cooperation with Polish partners. The parties also intend to develop a mechanism for financing the implementation of recommended projects in Poland.
The Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce is an economic self-government organization representing the interests of around 500 affiliated Polish and Ukrainian business entities before the authorities and non-governmental organizations of both countries. The chamber promotes Polish and Ukrainian entrepreneurs, making it easier for them to do business in both countries.
„Today’s agreement with the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce, the largest organization bringing together entrepreneurs operating in Poland and Ukraine, is particularly important and valuable to us. It fits into, complements and strengthens the activities of Polish Armaments Group aimed at developing cooperation between the defense industries of Poland and Ukraine,” said Jan Grabowski, Vice President of the PGZ Management Board.
„We are talking with Ukrainian partners about many complex projects concerning, among other areas, drone technologies, counter-drone systems and advanced missile systems. Cooperation with the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce may facilitate and accelerate industrial talks, while also identifying new entities interested in developing their products jointly with Polish Armaments Group,” Jan Grabowski added.
