On Monday, February 23, 2026, Odlewnie Polskie, based in Starachowice, announced that it had received an order worth 28,486,800 PLN from an entity within the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) to manufacture projectile bodies using ADI (Austempered Ductile Iron) technology. The contract is scheduled to be carried out between March and July 2026.

In accordance with the agreed schedule, the company will deliver the projectile bodies to the contracting entity on a rolling basis.
The contract provides for contractual penalties of 0.5% of the order value for each day of delay in delivery.
The remaining detailed terms of the contract and the associated risks do not differ from those commonly applied in the market for this type of agreement.

The company considers the information about the received order to be material due to the commencement of cooperation with the contracting entity in the production of projectile bodies, the potential prospects for further collaboration on future orders, and the fact that the total value of the contract exceeds the company’s threshold for a material agreement.
