The qualification procedure announced in March of this year covered the positions of Management Board Member and President of the Management Board. As a result, the company’s Supervisory Board appointed Paweł Terlecki as President of the Management Board, deciding not to appoint a Management Board Member. Paweł Terlecki, the company’s previous Management Board Member and Acting President of the Management Board, who had been managing Cenzin since November 2024, was dismissed from that role on April 15, 2026, in connection with assuming the position of President of the Management Board on April 16.

Paweł Terlecki has more than 30 years of experience in the defense industry and in the security and public order sectors. Since 1993, his professional career has been closely tied to Cenzin, where from 2007 to 2016 he served as a Member of the Management Board and Vice President of the Management Board, as well as Director of the Trade and Marketing Division, having previously held key positions in one of the company’s commercial offices.
Terlecki has extensive experience in carrying out international projects involving trade in specialized equipment. Over the years, he coordinated Cenzin’s commercial activities both domestically and in foreign markets, and also supervised the company’s representative offices in India and Algeria.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Domestic Trade at the Warsaw School of Economics, the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, and postgraduate programs at the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science and the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw.
Cenzin is a trading company operating on the domestic and international arms and specialized equipment market. It also specializes in the supply of spare parts, maintenance services, and the transfer of specialized technologies and know-how. It is dynamically expanding its offering in the supply and servicing of projects for the civilian market, including the railway industry. It cooperates with renowned companies in the defense sector. It imports and exports high-end specialized equipment and modernization services dedicated to the armed forces and uniformed services. In 2019, it fully acquired Cenrex, also part of PGZ.
