The acceptance was carried out at the manufacturing facility of production-line supplier KONŠTRUKTA-Industry a.s. and included verification of the completion of key installation components, their compliance with technical requirements, and conformity with the design documentation. The first stage of technical acceptance was completed successfully, with no issues identified that could affect further implementation of the project or the adopted investment schedule.

Completion of the first stage of acceptance represents an important milestone in the investment and confirms that the project is progressing on schedule. Reaching this stage enables preparations to begin for final acceptance, transportation of the production lines to the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. facility, and their subsequent installation, integration, and commissioning.
Once installation is complete, the production lines will form part of the manufacturing infrastructure intended for the loading of large-caliber ammunition at Elaboracja Niewiadów, including 155 mm artillery ammunition, 120 mm tank ammunition, and 120 mm mortar ammunition.
ZSP is responsible for supporting the investment, including technical acceptance, transportation, installation, and preparation of the industrial infrastructure required to commission the production lines at the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. facility. Once the investment process has been completed, the lines will become the property of Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o., which will conduct operational activities related to the loading of large-caliber ammunition. The project is being implemented on the basis of the complementary capabilities of both companies, with each responsible for a separate scope of activities within the investment process and future operations.
According to information provided to the issuer by ZSP, completion of final acceptance, preparation of the equipment for transportation, and delivery to the Elaboracja Niewiadów sp. z o.o. facility are planned for late August or early September 2026. As of the publication date of this report, the investment is progressing in accordance with the adopted schedule.
The Management Board of the issuer considered the information material due to the significance of the investment for the development of the NPGM Group, its potential impact on future operational capabilities, and the issuer’s growth prospects.
