The ROMEO5X GEN II ROSE is a closed-emitter red dot sight featuring a 2 MOA dot reticle. Its versatility is enhanced by the use of a widely available AAA battery for power. Thanks to motion-activated illumination technology, which powers the optic down after a period of inactivity and automatically reactivates it upon detecting movement, the battery life is rated at up to 50,000 hours.
The sight is operated via a control panel located on the top of the housing, allowing the user to select brightness settings – 10 for daytime use and 2 for use with night vision devices. The optic is designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, meeting the IPX7 water-resistance standard.
