Savage 110 in a refreshed form
After nearly 70 years of trusted performance, our 110 family is getting its most significant update yet, inside and out. Internally, we’ve re-engineered components for improved reliability, versatility, and performance, refining features that matter to consumers while honoring its original strengths. Visually, the product now sports a refined, upgraded look that maintains its classic identity but with consumer-demanded features. This update marks a bold new chapter while staying true to what made it iconic in the first place.

What improvements have been introduced in the new generation?
The changes affect both the action itself and the stock. Savage Arms primarily highlights modifications to the bolt, which now features dual ejectors and a redesigned extractor claw. These changes are intended to improve reliability during cartridge feeding into the chamber, extraction, and ejection.
From now on, Model 110 actions will be fitted into new stocks that retain classic lines while allowing the shooter to tailor the rifle to personal ergonomic preferences. Credit is due to Savage for implementing this in a clever and straightforward way. At the bottom of the stock there is a dial-button that controls both length-of-pull adjustment (by pressing it) and cheek riser height (by turning it). Adjustments are smooth and require no additional tools, enabling quick setup even under “field” conditions.
The grip is also adjustable and features interchangeable modules in three sizes, with the medium size installed as standard.
Debut configurations of the new Savage 110
At launch, Savage is introducing four new-generation Model 110 variants. Three of them are typical hunting configurations, while the last one may appeal to recreational long-range shooters.
110 Carbon Hunter
A rifle in a basic configuration, distinguished by a lightweight carbon fiber–wrapped barrel measuring 18–20 inches. It is offered both in the classic .308 Win and in more modern calibers such as 6.5 Creedmoor, 7 PRC, and .300 Win Mag.
110 Core Hunter Pro
A hunting rifle in a more “upscale” configuration for demanding hunters. It features a stock available in two different finishes, a spiral-fluted barrel with a compensator, and a significantly wider selection of chamberings. Nearly 40 calibers are available, with barrel lengths ranging from 16.5 to 24 inches. These include classic options such as .308 Win, .30-06 Sprg, .243 Win, and .270 Win, as well as modern long-range hunting cartridges like 7 mm PRC and even .338 Lapua.
110 Ultralite Pro
A sibling model intended for even more demanding hunters, for whom reduced weight is a key factor – in the 110 Ultralite Pro, carbon fiber–wrapped barrels are used. As with its predecessor, a wide range of chamberings will be available.
110 Core Tactical
A model that may appeal to those looking for a simple rifle for long-range shooting or a base for a suppressed, precision build. It stands out with a stock featuring a forend equipped with an ARCA rail, allowing the use of bipods and tripods. The 110 Core Tactical is offered in an interesting range of chamberings. In addition to typical long-range calibers, the model will also be available in chamberings such as .300 AAC Blackout and .338 ARC, designed specifically for heavy subsonic bullets and use with a sound suppressor.
Savage also available in Poland
