The weapon, produced by South Korean company LIG Nex1, was contracted in late 2024. The delivered package includes a small number of missiles together with sighting and launch units, as well as simulators and training aids. The entire package is expected to be delivered by mid-2027, beginning the process of modernizing and expanding the Philippine Army’s anti-tank capabilities.
The AT-1K Raybolt missiles produced by LIG Nex1 have been in serial production since 2017. According to available information, 95% of their components were designed and are manufactured by the Republic of Korea’s defense industry, providing a high degree of independence in export sales. Confirmed export customers to date include the Philippines, Azerbaijan, the United Arab Emirates, and Saudi Arabia.

The missile weighs 13 kg and has a range of up to 3,000 meters. Its tandem HEAT warhead is capable of penetrating up to 900 mm of rolled homogeneous armor (RHA) protected by explosive reactive armor. In addition to the man-portable version, the manufacturer also offers a vehicle-mounted launcher, with two missiles ready to fire.
