Gun & Shooting Expo 2026 will take place on March 3–5, 2026. The event is dedicated to the civilian firearms, accessories, and personal security industries. According to the organizer, the trade show is planned to be held at Ptak Warsaw Expo (62 Aleja Katowicka, 05-830 Nadarzyn/Warsaw).
The organizers of Gun & Shooting Expo emphasize that the goal of this industry-focused, specialist event is to bring together all segments of the civilian firearms, accessories, and personal security sector, while creating conditions conducive to professional business networking.
They also point out that participants will have the opportunity to compare and analyze offerings dedicated to this industry that are available on the Polish market. The trade show provides a unique opportunity to explore, in one place, products related to the sale of firearms, ammunition, and accessories, as well as to take part in sessions using shooting trainers and simulators.
Program and attractions
The trade show will include not only the exhibition itself, but also a wide range of accompanying events. One of the announced highlights is the panel “Triad: Tactics, Shooting, and Teamwork – from the battlefield to the shooting range.” Another accompanying event will be the International Security & Firearms Forum. Special guests will include, among others, Thomas Drago Dzieran – a former operator of the elite US Navy SEALs, a veteran of numerous combat missions, patriot, author, and founder of organizations supporting veterans and defenders of freedom, as well as Paweł Mateńczuk (callsign “Naval”), a former soldier of the GROM, author, security expert, and one of the most recognizable Polish special forces veterans.
Also appearing will be Jacek Bartosiak, a Polish expert in geopolitics, strategy, and security. He is the founder and owner of the think tank Strategy & Future. He previously served as Director of the War Games and Simulations Program at the Casimir Pulaski Foundation and as a Senior Fellow at The Potomac Foundation in Washington, D.C. He is the author of bestselling books on great-power competition and Poland’s role in the new geopolitical environment, including Pacific and Eurasia: On War (2016), The Republic Between Land and Sea: On War and Peace (2018), and The Past Is Prologue, which examines geopolitical change in the contemporary world.
The panel “Defense, Weapons, and Society – Practical Challenges and Perspectives” will be hosted by Jacek Hoga, a military historian and president of the Ad Arma Foundation, which promotes respect for the right to defend life against unlawful attack, the right to bear arms, and national defense. He is also a sport shooter, historical fencing instructor, and hunter.
Attendees will also be able to meet Zbigniew Parafianowicz, a Polish journalist and reporter known for his in-depth writing on political, military, and international affairs. Since 2003, he has covered events in Ukraine, Eastern Europe, and the post-Soviet region. He graduated in political science from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań and has worked as a war correspondent in Afghanistan and Iraq.
The organizers also invite visitors to the Trade Fair Studio, where exclusive interviews with industry experts and leading exhibitors will offer insights into the latest trends and innovative solutions. In this inspiring setting, market leaders will share their experience and visions for the future, providing valuable knowledge and guidance. The Trade Fair Studio is also linked to the medal award ceremony, honoring outstanding exhibitors, adding prestige to the event and underscoring the importance of innovation and excellence in the industry.
