On Tuesday, February 10, 2026, the third day of the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh, the Polish company Demarko announced on LinkedIn that it had signed an agreement with the Saudi firm Jassara Supply Trading, part of the Jassara Group, concerning joint activities in the Saudi Arabian market.
The agreement was signed on behalf of Demarko by Management Board Advisor Marcin Nowotka, and on behalf of Jassara Supply Trading by Gen. Talal Al-Blwi, in the presence of Robert Rostek, Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Sultan Alhammad, Vice President of the Management Board; Col. Artur Rochnowski, Defense Attaché of the Republic of Poland in Saudi Arabia; and Witold Śmidowski, former Ambassador of the Republic of Poland to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
The signing ceremony was also attended by Piotr Placha of the Polish Investment and Trade Agency (PAIH), which supports the international expansion of Polish companies.
The agreement in the Saudi market represents a continuation of Demarko’s international strategy in the production of specialized military equipment. These primarily include various types of low-bed trailer systems for transporting tanks and other heavy military equipment, as well as medical vehicles. The purpose of the agreement is to enable technology transfer to the markets of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.
Demarko is the only private Polish company exhibiting at the World Defense Show 2026 in Riyadh. Present at the opening of booth No. H1-G15.2 were Michał Baranowski, Secretary of State at Poland’s Ministry of Economic Development and Technology, together with Marcin Nowotka, Management Board Advisor at Demarko.
Representatives of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Riyadh visited Demarko’s booth, along with Sławomir Cichocki, Director of the Armaments Policy Department at Poland’s Ministry of National Defense, and Col. Artur Rochnowski, Defense Attaché of the Republic of Poland in Saudi Arabia. Also attending the ceremony was Abdullah Shahrani, Defense Attaché of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in Poland.
Guests at the opening ceremony also included Marek Górski, President of the Lewiatan Confederation; Wojciech Kostrzewa, President of the Polish Business Roundtable; and Jacek Cieplak, Vice President of Employers of Poland.
As part of the exhibition, a Polish-Saudi business forum was also held, chaired by Minister of Finance and Economy Andrzej Domański.
