At the end of February, a delegation of representatives of the Dutch defense industry visited Poland as part of a mission related to programs of the European Defence Fund (EDF). The aim of the visit was to identify areas of synergy between companies from Poland and the Netherlands and to develop industrial and technological cooperation in Europe.
Representatives of WB Group, including Adam Bartosiewicz, Vice President of WB, took part in a formal meeting organized at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Poland, which took place a day before the delegation’s visit to the company’s showroom.

The event brought together representatives of public administration, industry, and research institutions from both countries. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss possibilities for deepening industrial and technological cooperation between Poland and the Kingdom of the Netherlands, as well as joint participation in projects carried out under the European Defence Fund.
The following day, the delegation visited the WB Group showroom in Warsaw, where it learned about the Group’s history, its competencies, and the solutions developed by Polish engineers for the needs of modern armed forces.

During the presentation, among other things, unmanned reconnaissance systems, command and communications systems, and loitering munitions solutions were showcased—systems that have been combat-proven in the highest-intensity conflicts.
The visit to the showroom provided an opportunity to present solutions developed by WB Group directly and to outline potential areas of cooperation with industrial partners from the Netherlands.

The European Defence Fund (EDF) supports the development of new defense capabilities by financing joint research and development projects carried out by companies and research institutions from European Union member states. The initiative promotes the creation of international industrial partnerships and strengthens Europe’s technological potential in the defense sector.
Meetings such as this constitute an important element in strengthening regional relations and the defense capabilities of allied countries.
