‘For several months now we have been working on the issuance of an advertising and export permission for this vehicle. We receive a lot of requests from foreign customers’, he said.

Bumerang 8×8 armoured combat vehicle was developed for the Russian armed forces as a replacement of a fleet of obsolete BTR 8×8 family of vehicles, which hardly meet the requirements of the modern battlefield. The platform will be offered in at least two variants, armoured personnel carrier (APC) and an infantry fighting vehicle (IFV).
