The year 2024 was a time full of challenges and changes for Fabryka Broni. On July 17, 2024, the company’s Supervisory Board concluded the competition for the position of President of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, appointing Seweryn Figurski, who was previously a member of the Management Board. He assumed the duties of President on the date of the resolution, i.e., July 17, 2024. On the same occasion, the proceedings for the positions of two members of the Management Board were also concluded, resulting in the appointments of Daniel Wilk and Jakub Czułba.
Factory Expansion
In 2024, Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom focused on increasing its production capacity, investing in modern technologies, and continuing the automation and computerization of production processes. These efforts aim to meet the growing demands of the defense market while maintaining the high quality of its products.
A strategic event of the year was the commencement of construction on a modern production hall covering an area of over 3,000 m², scheduled for completion by the end of 2025. This new investment, valued at approximately 25 million PLN, will significantly enhance the plant’s production capacity, particularly to meet the needs of the Polish Armed Forces. The construction is part of a project titled Expansion of Production Capacity at Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, which also includes the acquisition of technological lines for electroplating processes. The second phase of the project is expected to be completed in 2026. These efforts are part of a long-term development strategy aimed at increasing the factory’s global competitiveness while also preparing for the celebration of the plant’s 100th anniversary in 2025 (Signing of the Agreement for the Construction of a New Production Hall at Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom).
“The construction of the new hall is part of the continuous development of our factory, which we have witnessed for nearly a hundred years. Our history is very important to us, but equally important is the future we are shaping. We want to remain a leader in the industry while strengthening our position in the defense market. We thank our partners and clients for their support and trust,” said Seweryn Figurski, President of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom.
Dynamic growth of production
Fabryka Broni successfully concludes 2024, recording an impressive production growth of 62.5% compared to the previous year. This significant increase in efficiency was achieved through process modernization and innovative technological solutions, despite an employment increase of only 11%. This contrast highlights the factory’s strong focus on production optimization.
“Thanks to the tremendous dedication of our employees and investments in state-of-the-art numerically controlled machinery, we have managed to significantly enhance production efficiency. However, this is just the beginning. In 2025, we plan to further expand our production capacity. We are proud to strengthen our position as a leading supplier of firearms for the Polish Armed Forces,” said Jakub Czułba, a member of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom.
Looking ahead, plans for 2025 include further production growth of over 15% compared to 2024. The company continues to implement its strategy aimed at increasing efficiency and strengthening its position in the defense market. Fabryka Broni Łucznik remains a key player in the industry, combining tradition with modernity while developing its production potential for the years to come.

They quickly gained popularity among enthusiasts of both bladed weapons and firearms.
New version of Grot
In 2024, the company not only delivered manufactured firearms but also worked on new products, including the Modular Semi-Automatic Pistol (MPS), which received positive feedback from those who had the opportunity to test it in practice. The product is nearing its market launch.
A significant event for the company in 2024 was the introduction of the latest version of the MSBS GROT rifle—the A3 variant, designed for the Polish Armed Forces. The rifle was first unveiled at the GROTowisko conference and later showcased at the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce. The A3 version features a number of significant modifications that enhance the weapon’s ergonomics and functionality. It was met with a highly positive reception from potential buyers, defense specialists, and industry media alike (MSPO 2024: Seweryn Figurski Presents the Grot A3).

The competition, organized by the NSZZ “Solidarity” trade union, was held under the honorary patronage of President Andrzej Duda. Its goal is to promote employers who excel in implementing best practices related to compliance with labor laws, particularly in terms of job stability, adherence to occupational health and safety regulations, and respect for the right to unionize.
Additionally, Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom was honored with the “Mentor of Quality” award, granted by the Quality Certification Center operating within the structures of the Military University of Technology. This award is given to companies that maintain and improve their management systems over an extended period.

The award was presented for its support of Poles living in the Eastern Borderlands, including those in Lithuania and Ukraine. This valuable distinction highlights the company’s frequent involvement in helping, among others, Poles in the East.
In 2024, the company also received the “65th Anniversary Medal for Honorary Blood Donation” from the Polish Red Cross (PCK). This award recognized the significant commitment of blood donors from the PCK Honorary Blood Donor Club affiliated with Fabryka Broni in promoting the idea of blood donation.

The company also made its mark at trade fairs in Europe, including IDEB in Bratislava, HEMUS in Bulgaria, and Eurosatory in Paris. Naturally, it was also present at the 4th International Expo POLSECURE in Kielce. Additionally, Fabryka Broni participated in the major Pro ARMA event, which in 2024 took place in Puławy.

In November, the factory was visited by the Secretary of State in the Ministry of State Assets, Marcin Kulasek.
Commitment to assistance
In 2024, Fabryka Broni continued its strong commitment to corporate social responsibility (CSR), as in previous years, focusing on supporting local communities and engaging in social, patriotic, and sports-related projects. Notably, it was one of the first companies in the Polish Armaments Group to provide aid to the victims of the flood that struck southern Poland in 2024. The company delivered essential items for cleaning and drying flooded homes, as well as food, hygiene products, and cosmetics for children and adults.
“For us, CSR is not just an obligation but, above all, a philosophy of action that we strive to implement at every level of our operations. We believe that a responsible approach to business contributes to long-term success and the building of a strong, sustainable brand,” said Daniel Wilk, a member of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom.
