With the appointment of the new president, the Management Board now consists of three additional members: Eva Usó Enrique and two newly appointed board members, Grzegorz Wyszyński and Mariusz Wawron.
Eva Usó Enrique has served as Chief Financial Officer of PZL-Świdnik since 2022. She is an experienced, multilingual specialist with a Corporate MBA and an engineering background, with extensive international experience in the aerospace sector gained in various roles within Leonardo S.p.A.’s helicopter business since 2009. Her current responsibilities include business control and cost control, administration, statutory reporting and taxation, as well as treasury operations. She also plays a key role in the company’s strategic initiatives.
Grzegorz Wyszyński, associated with PZL-Świdnik since 2019, is the Director for Polish Helicopter Programs. In this role, he plays a key part in relations with the company’s domestic customers, contributing to its continued growth and development. He has many years of experience in the helicopter domain, gained both in Poland and abroad, including within Leonardo’s structures since 2011.
Mariusz Wawron, associated with PZL-Świdnik since 2010, currently serves as Director of Legal, Corporate, and Compliance Affairs. He specializes in the legal aspects of defense-industry operations, as well as transactions related to the delivery of military and civilian equipment to domestic and foreign customers.
The new Management Board of PZL-Świdnik will continue ongoing investments to further the dynamic development of the Świdnik facilities: their production capabilities, product portfolio, and range of services. With full determination, the new board will continue the company’s efforts to increase the participation of the Świdnik plant in Polish helicopter programs.
As the defense domain places growing demands on industry, PZL-Świdnik responds through investments and the development of competencies to ensure comprehensive support for institutional customers, including the Polish Armed Forces, as well as through cooperation with the Polish supply chain to maximize industrial benefits and strengthen the nation’s sovereignty and resilience. PZL-Świdnik will continue to move in this direction. This will also help maintain strong partnerships with Polish government and military institutions in meeting key requirements, while ensuring PZL-Świdnik’s readiness to address all needs expressed by strategic customers—providing substantial support for national security and economic development.
An example of this is the AW149 program, which has also delivered benefits in the form of new industrial skills for the company and its employees, and has given additional momentum to the further development of production capabilities for current and future national helicopter programs.
