By decision of the Jelcz Supervisory Board, Waldemar Markiewicz was dismissed from the position of President of the Management Board as of 18 November 2025. By the same decision, the Supervisory Board appointed Jakub Rubiński as Acting President of the Management Board, effective 18 November 2025.

In light of the above, the management board of the Jelcz company, which is part of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ) and based in Jelcz-Laskowice, Oława County, Lower Silesia, now consists of: Acting President of the Management Board Jakub Rubiński, Management Board Member Małgorzata Węgłowska-Juskowiak, and representative Stefan Kaseja.
Waldemar Markiewicz had held the position since 31 July 2024.
The Jelcz Supervisory Board consists of Chairman Mirosław Stanisław Michalski, Vice-Chairman Grzegorz Kalawski, Secretary Rafał Sławomir Wiatr, and Members Wojciech Marek Kasprzyk, Mariusz Roman Kowalski, and Jarosław Marian Sarna.
Jelcz is wholly owned by Huta Stalowa Wola, part of PGZ, which acquired 100% of its shares in April 2012.
