According to the published press release, the following appointments were made:
- Mariusz Ptak – appointed as President of the Management Board (CEO), effective 15 December 2025;
- Maciej Mlądzki – appointed as a Member of the Management Board, effective 19 January 2026;
- Mariusz Fedko – appointed as a Member of the Management Board, effective 19 January 2026.

Previously, Waldemar Markiewicz was dismissed from the position of President of the Management Board on 18 November 2025, and until a new appointment was made, the duties of Acting President were entrusted to Jakub Rubiński. The Management Board currently also includes one member, Małgorzata Węgłowska-Juskowiak.
Jelcz’s Supervisory Board consists of Chairman Mirosław Stanisław Michalski, Vice Chairman Grzegorz Kalawski, Secretary Rafał Sławomir Wiatr, and members Wojciech Marek Kasprzyk, Mariusz Roman Kowalski, and Jarosław Marian Sarna.
Jelcz is wholly owned by Huta Stalowa Wola, a member of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), which acquired 100% of the company’s shares in April 2012.
