On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, a member of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), announced that it had signed a letter of intent to expand its cooperation with the Łukasiewicz Research Network. The agreement will enable the use of advanced solutions in automation, robotics, and 3D printing, further strengthening the factory’s position as a key supplier of small arms to the Polish Armed Forces.

As a key manufacturer of small arms for the Polish Armed Forces, Fabryka Broni has consistently invested in the development of modern solutions. Its partnership with the Łukasiewicz Research Network will enable the implementation of innovative technologies and the optimization of production processes.
Through collaboration with renowned research institutes, Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom will gain access to advanced solutions in production automation and robotics, as well as modern material technologies. Under the agreement, the Łukasiewicz Research Network will engage several of its key units, including the Krakow Institute of Technology, the Warsaw Institute of Technology, the Institute of Ceramics and Building Materials, and the Industrial Institute for Automation and Measurements (PIAP).
The signing of the letter of intent between Fabryka Broni and the Łukasiewicz Research Network marks another step in strengthening the company’s position as a leader in the Polish defense industry. The agreement was signed by Dr. Hubert Cichocki, President of the Łukasiewicz Centre, and members of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni Łucznik-Radom, Jakub Czułba and Daniel Wilk.

This enables us to develop innovative solutions for the Polish defense industry more efficiently, thereby strengthening our position on the market. At the same time, the growing presence of our products on international markets means that this cooperation will also enhance their value in the eyes of global customers,” said Jakub Czułba, Member of the Management Board of Fabryka Broni ‘Łucznik’-Radom.
