In this position, Wolgemuth will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and distribution tactics as well as supporting customer relationships in the company’s Industrial, Automotive and Fire/EMS markets across Europe.
Prior to joining Streamlight, Wolgemuth served as 3M’s European Business Development Manager from 2017 to 2024 in the Personal Safety Division – Defence & Public Safety.
From 2006 to 2017, Wolgemuth worked at Scott Safety in two roles: Territory Sales Manager, Southern Europe for Tyco Business from 2006 to 2013, and Business Development Manager – Europe Military & Civil Defence from 2013 to 2017. In both roles he was responsible for developing sales and marketing plans, establishing customer relationships, conducting end-user training and support for industrial, firefighter, military, civil, defence and marine markets.
Wolgemuth also worked for Janfer, a personal safety products distributor, as a Sales and Marketing Manager in Spain from 2003 to 2006. He started his career in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1999 as an Executive Sales Engineer for Corporate Services with Movicom/Bell South.

Wolgemuth holds an Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Buenos Aires and an MBA from the IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. He resides in Madrid, Spain.
