On Thursday, September 4, 2025, the strategic agreement was signed by Adam Bartosiewicz, Vice President of WB Group, and Colonel Michał Ceremuga, Director of the Military Institute of Armored and Automotive Technology. The agreement opens the way for research-and-development cooperation in the design and integration of complex military systems.

“The unmanned-vehicle field, expanded to include the land domain, represents a very important change and an expansion of our portfolio. We expect the Institute to support us not only in the area of research but also in the development of these platforms. Military experts possess knowledge that we want to incorporate into our work,” said Adam Bartosiewicz, Vice President of WB Group.
“The strategic agreement between the Military Institute of Armored and Automotive Technology and WB Group opens a new chapter in the implementation, research, and development of systems that will soon begin to dominate the battlefield – unmanned systems,” said Colonel Michał Ceremuga, Director of WITPiS, after signing the agreement.
The cooperation covers not only analytical and conceptual work, but also the implementation and testing of new solutions in an operational environment. As the Director of WITPiS emphasized, the agreement aligns with a broader strategy for the development of unmanned systems, which in the coming years will play an increasingly significant role on the battlefield.
“We aim to complement WB Group’s competencies in two new domains. We expect that WB’s potential, the Institute’s involvement, and, above all, the needs of the Armed Forces will translate into a broad range of offerings,” said Colonel Michał Ceremuga
“I believe WITPiS will have no shortage of objects to test. We expect this agreement to be very quickly filled with substance, not only written, but also tangible,” added Adam Bartosiewicz.
The agreement with WITPiS is another step by WB Group toward building a national ecosystem of unmanned capabilities encompassing all operational domains.
