The proceedings in this matter had been conducted since 27 June of this year. The framework agreement was divided into six tasks. The deadline for submitting applications to participate in each task was set for 31 July. At that time, it was announced that three applications for admission to the procedure had been received:
- application no. 1 submitted by: PUHM STAR-MOT from Szczecin;
- application no. 2 submitted by: CLAYMORE from Komorniki;
- application no. 3 submitted by: Rosomak from Siemianowice Śląskie.
Next, on 14 August, the procedure for concluding contracts for the individual tasks was launched. On 7 October, contracts were awarded in parts 1, 3, 4, 5, and 6 to CLAYMORE, and in parts 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 to PUHM STAR-MOT, each with a maximum value of PLN 32,520,325.20 — the contracts were signed on 20 October, which was announced three days later.
Now, information has been published on the signing of another framework agreement — also with a maximum value of PLN 32,520,325.20 — with Rosomak of Siemianowice Śląskie, part of the Polish Armaments Group (PGZ), for task 4.
The framework agreement is to remain in force until 30 November 2028. The requirements and detailed description of the subject of the contract were specified in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference, which the contracting authority provided to the invited contractors. The contracting authority has included an option clause in the performance contracts.
