On Wednesday, 10 December 2025, the WB Group announced that the Warsaw-based company Tantalit – a team of specialists in system architecture, system integration, and AI-based solutions – has joined the group. This will strengthen the WB Group’s capabilities in the area of advanced IT and telecommunications systems.
The agreement was signed by Adam Bartosiewicz, Vice President of the WB Group, and Michał Klimczak, President of Tantalit. Both parties emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation and sharing expertise between entities involved in developing specialized software systems for defense needs.
The integration of Tantalit into the WB Group expands the capabilities of the Ożarów Mazowiecki–based company in the areas of data analytics, process automation, artificial intelligence solutions, military Internet of Things, and modern IT system architecture.
Cooperation between Tantalit and the WB Group has continued since the Warsaw company was founded. Their joint efforts included integration projects and telecommunications systems. From 2025 onward, the experienced team will expand the WB Group’s potential and become a permanent part of the organization.

Tantalit is a team of experienced programmers, system architects, and project managers united by a passion for building advanced IT systems. The company has already carried out specialized military projects that enhance the security of Poland and Europe.
Projects developed together with the WB Group have included advanced systems for processing and analyzing large data sets, targeted optimizations in key areas of data transmission and processing, event and correlation detection, as well as the implementation of specialized protocols and secure data transmission.
Telecommunication systems developed by Tantalit currently support more than 20 million users in Poland. The company also brings to the WB Group its expertise in areas such as counter-drone systems, control systems, image analysis, and communications.
