This year, at Hall C, where the PGZ companies’ exhibition will be set up, Maskpol will showcase several new products in addition to its flagship items, such as a wide range of ballistic helmets, gas masks, and combat uniforms. One of the highlights will be the latest version of the integrated vest—the ROCK 3.0 bulletproof vest.

The ROCK 3.0 bulletproof vest is a continuation of the ROCK vest line, which debuted at the Kielce exhibition in 2020, winning the DEFENDER award. The new vest, developed by Maskpol, features a modular design that aligns with global trends. The core structure consists of two panels (front and back) made from laser-cut laminate, capable of housing both soft and hard ballistic inserts. The side panels overlap, providing the user with protection against shrapnel. Additional peripheral elements of the vest, which increase the protective surface, include neck, nape, shoulder, abdomen, and groin guards.

The front part of the vest features a pocket that, when fitted with a ballistic insert, can serve as an abdomen guard. The rear panel includes two loops that allow for the attachment of a ballistic mat, a feature that has become very popular just beyond our eastern border.

The ROCK 3.0 vest is equipped with a quick-release system based on magnetic buckles, allowing for rapid removal of the vest in several ways. The design is flexible, enabling the use of different release systems upon customer request. This includes the cable-based central drop system known from the ROCK 2.0 vest, as well as the widely used ROC buckle system.

The set is complemented by an attachable backpack for carrying essential equipment. The vest itself does not have zippers on the back for mounting the backpack. However, thanks to special adapters that can be attached to MOLLE cells, the backpack can be mounted on virtually any vest that has MOLLE system cells on the rear panel.

For the new vest, PSO Maskpol has developed and produced new tactical gear elements such as:

  • Pistol magazine pouch
  • Single rifle magazine pouch
  • Double rifle magazine pouch
  • Front panel for the vest with three fast-type magazine pouches
  • Front panel with three rifle magazine pouches secured with flaps
  • Cargo pocket
  • Hand grenade pouches
  • Smoke grenade pouches
  • Flashbang grenade pouches
  • Backpack

The entire system is made from Cordura laminate using laser cut technology, combined with the thermoplastic composite material CURV.

The system allows for customizable configuration according to the user’s needs.
